I am grateful to live, work, and learn as an uninvited guest on the traditional territories of Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island.

I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, therapist, Registered Psycotherapist - Qualifying (CRPO), coach, and consultant with a multidisciplinary background and over 17 years supporting individuals, leaders, and organizations to achieve meaningful goals, strengthen well-being, and build healthy, effective workplaces.

My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience with complex trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), systemic oppression, poverty, and 2SLGBTQIA+ identity. This perspective shapes a compassionate, practical, and deeply respectful approach to care.

I specialize in working with individuals who have experiences of trauma (PTSD/cPTSD), anxiety, neurodivergence (especially ‘late/adult diagnosis’), and 2SLGBTQIA+ folx. My approach is affirming, compassionate, and practical.

I also offer coaching in personal & professional development (especially for neurodivergent professionals navigating systems and workplaces), health, and leadership, and provide consulting services to organizations in areas including psychological safety, neurodivergence in the workplace, 2SLGBTQIA+ inclusivity and workplace culture.

My work is grounded in honesty, care, and evidence-based practice, informed by both clinical and leadership experience.

If you’re looking for support, clarity, or meaningful change, I’d be honoured to be a part of your journey.

In my commitment to accessibility, I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions per week. Please contact me to discuss.

**With my dynamic licenses/certifications, there are multiple options for where you can access your extended health insurance to cover the cost of sessions.
