I am grateful to live, work, and learn as an uninvited guest on the traditional territories of Indigenous peoples across Turtle Island.
I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, therapist, coach, and consultant with a multidisciplinary background and over 17 years supporting individuals, leaders, and organizations to achieve meaningful goals, strengthen well-being, and build healthy, effective workplaces.
My work is informed by both professional training and lived experience with trauma, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autism), systemic oppression, poverty, and 2SLGBTQ+ identity. This perspective shapes a compassionate, practical, and deeply respectful approach to care.
I work with individuals navigating mental health concerns, trauma, neurodivergence, life transitions, stress, burnout, identity, and personal growth. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and practical.
I also offer coaching in personal development, health, and leadership, and provide consulting services to organizations in areas including mental health, neurodiversity, and workplace culture.
My work is grounded in honesty, care, and evidence-based practice, informed by both clinical and leadership experience.
If you’re looking for support, clarity, or meaningful change, I’d be honoured to be a part of your journey.
